Q1.What file do you need to prepare if you want to get a quotation from us?
For membrane switches , you need to prepare specification in vector files including PDF, CDR, AI formats.
For name plates, labels, stickers, you need to tell me materials, colors and
dimensions.
For silicone keypads, you need to provide 3D drawings and keyboards surface dealing processes , such as printing or laser engraved.
For gaskets & insulators , you need to provide not only material but also information on usage environment or material required.
You need to express your idea on customized printing membrane switches design, then, we will discuss whether we can realize your idea.
Q2. Do you have MOQ limited?
As OEM supplier, we can accept any requirement from you. Generally, the more quantity , the lower on unit price.
Q3.How to keep our product information and design file secret ?
A: All customers’ files are kept in complete safety and security. we protect all property including documents and toolings from customers which are never shared with any third parties.
Q4. How long is the delivery time?
For membrane switches samples, the production time is around 7 days. Small batch order is around 7-10 days. And, the production time for large order is 12-25 days
For the production time on PU crystal embossed nameplate, labels, stickers will be shorter accordingly. Please refer the documents and production requirements to wzw5258@hotmail.com. We will get back to you soon
